Prices include Service and Energy charges. An 8% VI Hotel Tax is additional. Each person over two in a cottage will be charged an extra $15 per night. One or two children 18 and under stay free when sharing a cottage with parents; for three or more children there is a $10 per night extra charge.
We now offer four sets of combined cottages for families traveling together: Cruzan and Chocolate, Caribe and Sylvia, Cockle and Cowry, and the Villa and Crew. The first cottage is charged full price and the second cottage will be 50% off for families booking the combined second room in the summer season only.
A minimum three night stay is required for reservations unless one or two nights is all we have available at the time you requested. Cottages are rented on a nightly basis. We do not offer weekly or monthly rates.
A reservation is confirmed once the deposit and contact information is received. For reservations of 3 days or less, we reserve the right to move you to a different cottage without prior notice. Reservation confirmations will be sent via email. Reservations cannot be confirmed more than a year in advance. The same cottage for the same dates the following year is automatically confirmed if your reservation is made before you leave and your deposit is kept for another year.
A two night deposit is required to hold a reservation. Deposits can be held on a credit card or by mailing in a check made payable to "Benedict Beach Cottages" and sent to 127A Estate Smithfield, Frederiksted St. Croix, US Virgin Islands 00840. A First Class stamp will work if it is mailed from within the United States.
If you cancel within the 30 day period we will put your deposit on hold for one year so that you can apply the deposit to another stay at a later date. If any emergencies come up and you are not able to join us at Cottages by the Sea, our cancellation policy requires you to notify us thirty (30) days prior to your reservation. You can email or write us if you prefer.
Pet prices are the same as each additional person; $10 per pet, per night, per room. Please inform us if you plan to bring your pet with you on your vacation.
