Cottages by the Sea is the perfect place to spend quality time with your family.  The absence of a swimming pool helps our guests discover the gentle waters of the Caribbean Sea, as well as snorkeling and the underwater sea life!  The close proximity of your cottage to the sea shore makes it convenient to watch your children on the beach from your cottage.  And, the property is small enough and isolated enough that parents feel comfortable allowing their children out of their sight. 

When you are ready to venture off the property you will find a dozen tourist attractions all within a 10 minute drive of the Cottages. Please see our "Local Attractions" tab for more information about these attrractions that include: the rain forest, Dominoe Club and the Beer drinking pigs, 3 museums, Fort Frederik, the Cruzan Rum factory, St. George Botanical Gardens, ATV tours, Jill & Paul's HorsebackRriding, Stand Up Paddle Boarding, Jet Skiing, Gecko ATV Adventures and the Frederiksted Pier.

Additional Fees:

• No Charge for first two children under the age of 18 and $10 per night extra for each additional child.
• A $15 one time charge for adding a crib, twin, or bunk bed to your cottage to accommodate your reservation.
• Please note that these fees do not show up on your reservation confirmation but will be added at the time of check in.

1. Choose your cottage or combination of cottages based on your family’s needs. Descriptions of adjoining cottages are on the Rates and Cottages page here on the website.
   
2. Check availability with our online booking system.
3. Book your own cottages and include in the notes who will be sleeping in each cottage, your children’s ages, and the preferred bed arrangement.  Please note that the second cottage discounted to half price may not be reflected in the pricing at the time of booking.  Please indicate in the notes that you would like the second cottage at half price and we will honor that discount when we send you back a confirmation.
4. We will email you a confirmation.  Make sure the dates and rates on your confirmation are correct.  If not, then give us a call or send us an email.
